We had to refasten loose sections of the efface with galvanized screws. Repaired all the cracked and failed areas of the efface. Repointed all failed mortar joints of the brick sections of the building (minimum ¾ inch deep). Replaced all failed perimeter sealants around the windows with Dymonic sealant. Pressure washed the entire façade with masonry cleaner. Two coats of Sto were then applied to the efface, and ComproShield MX waterproofing sealant was applied to the brick sections of the building.
