Coolidge Ave Charles River Tower 131-151

The Charles River Tower buildings had water penetration through the efface, the brick sections, and failed perimeter window sealants. To solve these issues we repaired all the cracked and failed areas of the efface with “efface” (material). Then we replaced all failed window perimeter sealants with Dymonic sealant. Repointed all failed mortar joints of the brick masonry sections. Then we applied two coats of Sto masonry waterproofing coating to entire efface. Sprayed a clear coat water proofing sealant to the brick masonry (ComproShield MX). The faces of the concrete balconies were painted brown.
