Boston Masonry performed a complete cut and repoint of the brick masonry façade with a minimum depth of ¾ of an inch. We then repaired and/or replaced all failed caste stone details, sills, and lintels. All the perimeter sealants around the windows were replaced with Dymonic sealant.  We prepped primed and repainted all wooden window trims. Pressure washed the entire facade to remove all foreign materials and mortar haze of the façade. Then we waterproofed the brick and mortar joints by applying two coats of ComproShield MX to the entire facade. We then applied two coats of Sto to the caste stone details.
