Courtyard elevation. Spot, cut, and repointed all failed mortar joints to the minimum depth of ¾ of an inch. Replaced all the failed and cracked concrete bricks, then we pressure washed the entire courtyard elevation to prepare for a waterproof coating. After letting the masonry to dry for two days two coats of Sika 550W masonry waterproofing coating was applied to waterproof the concrete bricks. All common area window trims were wrapped with aluminum and new perimeter sealants around the newly installed aluminum wrappings was installed.
